A weekend in London

I do love London! I have always enjoyed spending time there, and it's particularly lovely in the sun - of which we got plenty this weekend! There is so much to do and see in London that it really is a little overwhelming, but this time, Scott and I wanted to 'take it easy' (to an extent) and we spent a lot of time outside in the sunshine, just exploring. The weekend started with catch ups and drinks - the photo above was taken at Aqua - a rooftop bar next to Liberty. It was so warm and had a great atmosphere, and I think the drinks were just about worth the price... We spent Friday evening in Balham with my oldest friend in the world, and it was wonderful to catch up. Saturday we paid a visit to the Duck & Waffle where we were treated to an amazing view of London over breakfast. Well worth a visit! The afternoon was spent roaming around Portobello Market, before seeing The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime. (Which was brilliant by the way) Sunday we sunbathed in Green Park and wandered round Chelsea - making a pit stop at The Good Life for some delish smoothies. A very relaxing weekend with the best company. I can't wait to go back! Scroll down for some of my favourite photos from the trip.
